Join Us for the 4-H Carnival
Purchase $1 tickets from 4-H members now to be entered in the drawing for cash prizes. Each ticket can also be redeemed for two booth tickets the day of the carnival.
Booth tickets will be sold the day of the carnival for 25¢ each.
The High Country Handiworkers will be hosting five booths including Toilet Paper Toss, Lollipop Pull, Lockbox, Iron Man Challenge, and Rubberband Guns. We will also be donating three baskets (Colorado Sports, Camping, Dog Care) for the live auction held at 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
All proceeds benefit 4-H programs in Larimer County.
Our club meeting in April will be on Monday, April 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the McKee Building. Please read the meeting minutes from March by clicking here. We will vote to approve the minutes at the next meeting.
We now have a signup genius for doing demonstrations on the Signups page. Due to our large numbers, some of you might want to do your demonstration at a project meeting, at school, in front of church youth group, at a Cloverbud meeting (check with Lacey), etc. It is also okay to buddy up with someone and do it together, especially if this helps you with confidence and getting in front of a group. Cindy also has an abundant supply of boards from members in shooting sports, sportfishing, and rabbit projects if this helps anyone. You are welcome to use them. We only have 4 meetings left before fair.
Books are in so can stop by Cindy’s office at Construction Supply House to pick them up, or they will be available at the meeting.
The High Country Handiworkers 4-H club was chartered in 1980 and is located in Larimer County, Colorado.
