Aren’t these great pictures of Brooke Carlson’s goats?
If you have pictures of you or your projects you’d like to share, send them to submit@hch4h.org. Our carnival ticket sales on Saturday were awesome. Everyone who attended sold their 25 tickets and then some. Nate Rogers was top seller for the day with over 125.
Donations totaled $183. One lady loved 4-H and gave a $100 bill. Way cool! New member Braden Davis collected the most donations excluding the $100 with $35. The total tickets sold was over 400. Great job for only 7 kids! Remember we are selling again this weekend on Sunday. Be sure to sign up. Our club meeting for February is on Monday, February 13 beginning at 7:00 p.m. Scroll down and check out our new t-shirt designs. We had to revise the color choices a bit to offer them in sizes for both youth and adult sizes. The 4-H Carnival is coming up in March. Bring your ideas for carnival booths and how many tickets to charge. We’ll vote so we can begin working on those. Carnival tickets will be distributed. Every member is asked to sell 25 tickets for $1 each. We also offer a chance to sell tickets at the King Soopers at Thompson Valley Towne Center on February 18, February 26, and March 4 from 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Sign up for one of the time slots by clicking here. Bring items to include in our club’s baskets for the auction at the Carnival. Our themes are Camping/Hunting, American Pride, and Baking/Bacon. Ideas for items to fit each theme are listed below. And we also need a few members and an adult to help put together the baskets.
One last reminder: Returning members should be presenting their demonstrations now!
Check out the color options for our new shirts, available in sizes for both children and adults. You can also order hoodies and zippered hoodies.
