This hunter education course will be offered March 31 and April 1, and be taught by Jim Merriott. The class on March 31 will cover firearm anatomy, ethics, and shoot/don’t shoot scenarios from 6:00–9:00 p.m. Please arrive no later than 5:45 p.m. on March 31st for registration. This class will be held in the McKee Building at The Ranch, Loveland.
We will promptly start the class at 6:00 p.m. Jim has a short amount of time to cover the class material. Students who arrive after 6:00 p.m. will not be admitted into the class. The second day of class will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the Clausen shooting range 3 miles past Masonville. The second day of class will consist of hands-on activities and a written test. Students are required to attend both class sessions.
Class seating is limited to 45 students, so register early.
