The meeting was called to order on Monday, March 6, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. by President Brooke Carlson. The pledges were led by Clara Coats and Trinity Dunham.
Roll call was taken by secretary, Mackinzie Porter. Loralei Durnil moved to approve the February secretary’s report as posted on the website. Seconded and approved.
The treasurer’s report was presented by Nate Rogers. Savings = $1,420.60, checking = $1,988.87. Carnival ticket deposit to date = $1,228.37. Check was written to Larimer County Extension for fair awards = $375.00.
The sunshine report was given by Cael Claude for March birthdays.
The cloverbud report was given by Lacey Adams and members. They talked about President’s Day, played President Bingo, and learned what presidents are on money.
New leader: Carrie Adams has been approved as an activity leader for the club.

Shooting sports leadership certification training, April 7–9.
Last MQA testing for Larimer County is May 19.
Carnival on Saturday, March 18th — Tickets need to be sold, a minimum of 25 per member. Please have tickets and funds turned in by March 15. Talked about new putt putt golf booth. Sign up for time slot to work booths on SignUpGenius through the website (www.hch4h.org). Bring baked goods to the carnival for the bake sale. Exchange Club dance held after carnival costs $5.00 to attend from 6–10pm in the McKee Building.

Hunter’s Education Course — March 31 and April 1. Watch for info coming via email.
Demonstrations were presented by Grace Claude on the difference between dry and wet measuring cups, Devon McNear on how to take a part a Beretta U22 Neas handgun, Hannah Godfrey on shading in Leathercraft similar to shading with ink pen drawings, Lylah and JD Becker on general Information regarding Market Heifers.
Andrea Newby moved to adjourn at 8:10 p.m. seconded and approved.
